Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that unexpected situations may arise that require you to reschedule, postpone, or cancel your appointment. Please know that our patients are the most important part of our practice, and each appointment is reserved exclusively for you.

When an appointment is missed or canceled without sufficient notice, it not only impacts your care—it also prevents another patient from receiving the treatment they may need.

To ensure fairness and access to care for all of our patients, we kindly ask that:

• All appointment changes or cancellations be made at least three (3) business days in advance.
• Cancellations made with less than 3 business days’ notice, or no-shows, will result in a $100 cancellation fee.
• Repeated missed appointments or non-compliance with this policy may result in discharge from the practice.
